No, Law Lounge does not provide formal court representation. We offer clear, practical pre-litigation guidance to help you understand your legal position before you consult a lawyer for formal proceedings.

Pricing:

  • 7 Business Days Turnaround: R6,400 (incl VAT)
  • 3 Business Days Turnaround: R9,800 (incl VAT)

You will receive your personalized pre-litigation guidance via email within 7 working days* of payment confirmation.

All payments are securely processed via PayFast, a reputable online payment gateway.

No, Law Lounge operates a no-refund policy once payment has been made, except where required by applicable South African consumer protection laws.

To enable us to provide you with accurate legal guidance on your case, we will ask you to provide a detailed description of the legal dispute and events, the relevant dates, whether the parties involved in the dispute are natural persons, companies, trusts etc, amounts involved and supporting documents. Although we prefer working with the actual names of the parties to the dispute, you are welcome to use an alias.
